An AN aluminium tube sleeve for a 3/8" outside diameter tube corresponds to a -6 AN size fitting and is used to connect aluminium or steel hard lines to male AN fittings after flaring the tube to 37 degrees. The sleeve must be used in conjunction with a corresponding tube nut.
